The sculpted memory-foam core combines raised edges with a softer dip in the middle. Rotate the pillow to try the edge height you prefer.

How do I choose Regular or High?
Both are 28 × 15 in. Regular has 3.5 and 4.3 in edges; High has 4.3 and 5.1 in edges. Compare these with the loft you normally find comfortable. Mattress firmness and shoulder width matter too.
Can I change the filling?
No. This is a shaped memory-foam pillow with a fixed core, not loose adjustable filling.
Can it go in the washing machine?
Do not machine wash or tumble dry the foam core. Spot clean it gently and let it dry fully. Follow the sewn-in care label for the cover.
What is included?
One Contour Cloud Pillow in your chosen color and height. Other bedding and styling props are not included.

Estimated delivery is 7–15 calendar days for the US and Canada, or 7–20 for Australia, including processing. Alaska and Hawaii have a $14.99 shipping fee and are excluded from free-shipping offers. See our shipping policy for full rates and terms.
What if I need to return my order?
Contact support@velloraco.com within 60 days of receipt to request a return. Approval is required. Non-quality returns must be unused and in original packaging; return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility. This is not a used-product sleep trial.
