How to Use the Molds

Roll the pie dough to about 5 mm thick on a lightly floured surface. Press a mold firmly into the dough, rock it slightly to seat the edge, then lift the shape out with a thin spatula. Transfer it to a parchment-lined sheet, add the filling, and cover with a top crust if your recipe calls for it.
