Left my ute in the shopping centre carpark and came back to a smashed taillight. Checked the parking monitor footage and caught the license plate of the guy reversing into me. Worth its weight in gold just for that.
Put this in my daughter's first car. The 360 view helps her with parking, and knowing there's a record of everything in case of an accident makes me feel a lot better. Setup was easier than I expected.
The actual unit screen is quite small with 4 feeds on it, but I just use the phone app to review the footage anyway, so it's not a big deal. The wide angle lenses capture everything.
